With over 20 years of executive-level human resources, conflict management, and facilitation, Stephanie is adept at facilitation and views conflict as an opportunity for solutions. Stephanie will assist you to reach a reasonable outcome. She will facilitate divorce mediation, workplace conflict resolution, collective bargaining agreements, parenting plans, and community disputes in a cost-effective manner. She will assist your legal team with investigations and preparation of materials which will save legal fees.


Stephanie's extensive background with on the job dispute resolution, employee relations, and collective bargaining experience makes her uniquely qualified for employment-related conflict. In addition, she has facilitated dozens of divorce mediation sessions with excellent outcomes. She has over 20 years of experience with executive coaching and mediation.

To date, Stephanie has mediated almost 300 successful cases in Oregon and nationwide.



A non-attorney mediator, Stephanie began her career in wood products in the 1980's working her way up to coordinate and manage teams in male-dominated industries. She has experience in manufacturing, retail, wholesale, restaurant, public, and non-profit industries. Her areas of expertise include facilitating organizational change, conflict resolution, executive coaching, and risk management. For the last 20 years, she has been an HR Generalist serving at management and executive levels. In 2017, she founded GourmetHR Small Business Consulting, LLC. to assist small businesses with complex human resources, legal compliance, and risk management.

Stephanie has volunteered as a mediator with Neighbor2Neighbor mediation since 2013. She particularly enjoys working with parent/teen and juvenile offender cases. She also volunteers at Safe Haven Humane Society in Oregon.



Stephanie has many years of dispute resolution as a Human Resources Director and Small Business owner. Stephanie has been responsible for workplace investigations including harassment allegations, theft investigations, employee relations dispute resolution, and Executive management coaching/dispute resolution.

Education and Training

Stephanie holds degrees in criminal justice, business management, and human resources, and is a senior certified human resource professional through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM). She is also a certified mediator and certified online mediator.
